We are committed to providing the very best in home care services to our seniors.  Through the internationally known independent market research company of J.D. Power and Associates, Home Instead routinely surveys, through email and by telephone, our CAREGivers and clients to ensure consistent delivery of high quality home care services.  Responses are scored on a 1 to 10 scale with 10 being the best and a “perfect 10” being called a “PROP”.  The following are our “PROPS”!

Mr. B says: They have been very great with our schedule. There were a couple of times my mother went to the hospital. They were very understanding. They go right to work when they come in. I have no complaints with any of the staff.

Ms. O says: I have had them for 7 1/2 years. I have never had a problem. My mother has the best care. I use the service for my father now that my mother passed away.

Ms. I says: They’re always prompt. They are pleasant. They do a good job. They are willing to do anything. They even take the initiative to do things without anyone asking.

Ms. P says: My father had been through a transition. We were getting no advice, and the owner of home instead was a huge source of information for us. We got additional care with very little notice. They helped and guided us to where we could move our father. They were important in our final decision.

Ms. F says: Everybody is there when we need them. The people they send are very good. They are very responsive.

Ms. B says: The woman who comes is excellent. She is perfect.

Ms. W says: They are always here. They are always on time, and always do a good job.

Ms. Y says: The person who represented the company was outstanding. The most important thing was very simple. They sent me a birthday card. Everyone is very nice. I like the person who works for me very much. I have an outstanding worker. I couldn’t be more pleased with home instead.

Ms. G says: Everything is perfect. They do it right on the money.

Ms. C says: The caregiver makes things okay. She is very sensible, and we like each other. She knows what she is supposed to do when she comes here.

Ms. M says: The lady (LN) I have is the nicest person that I would ever want to meet. The lady is fantastic. The office staff is also wonderful. They will be here when they say they will for a home visit. The caregiver is like a friend. She is so nice.

Ms. M says: I am getting older and had physical problems, so I could not drive. This person drove me wherever I needed to go. She also completed housework for me. When I had to go to a rehabilitation place, she came with me and picked up my laundry. When I am at the rehab, the caregiver comes to my home, looks after my animals, and checks my furnace.

Ms. A says: I need it. They do a very good job. She is very pleasant and helpful.

Mr. D says: They do a good job. They are always here. I have no complaints with them. They are pretty good.

Ms. M says: She is prompt, kind, and honest. She cares about my mother. She is genuine and caring. She has been with us for at least three years.

Ms. B says: They are here. They do what has to be done. They do it in a good way.

Mr. B says: They have wonderful report with my wife. They are conscientious with the work. I like the personalities of the people provided. They have that wonderful touch. We have been lucky.

Ms. R says: They are very good. The person I have come to my house is wonderful. I have no complaints. They are right on the bar. They make sure someone is always here for me. I have had the same girl for almost two years now.

Mr. K says: They are capable and caring. I like their dependability and personality. They get the work done.

Ms. K says: The caretakers are very responsible and reliable. The service is economical. The caretakers are helpful.

Ms. M says: They are wonderful. They have been very good to me. I am happy with my caregiver.

Ms. I says: It is outstanding. The girl is very good.

Ms. H says: Whenever I call they call me back. They have been very understanding.

Mr. B says: We have no problems at all. I am completely satisfied with it.

Ms. V says: Everything they do is excellent.

Ms. B says: The first to help me is very good at what she does. She is great. She does anything I ask. She is very good at it. She is very nice to have around.

Mr. W says: She is very professional, and very caring. She makes sure that everything is taken care of. She is very prompt.

Ms. C says: I really love the person who is coming in.…

Ms. G says: She is proactive, and does things that I don’t even ask her to do. She’s a whiz. She’s very fast, and very thorough.

Ms. W says: We love our caregiver. She’s sweet, and understanding.

Ms. M says: I’m happy with the quality of the service provided, the reasonableness of the fees, the effectiveness of the office staff, and Laurie.

Mrs. M says: The way it was set up with my father-in-law went very smoothly.  They took his care out of our hands and into theirs.  He has just gotten out of rehabilitation and now we are back with Home Instead.  The transition went smoothly.  The person who is with him is very good.  We wanted someone other than a person who does cleaning.  She keeps him company, drives him around and does food shopping.

Ms. M says: I rated it outstanding because of their ability to listen, make change when necessary, and to send quality people.  If things are not working out precisely, they make changes to the patient and client.  They are flexible and accommodating.

Ms. C says:  They are great because of the services provided.  They are very helpful and when I called them they were here the next day promptly to do the work.  The caregivers are very nice, very friendly, and very helpful.  They do a good job!

Mr. F says:  The [caregivers] were exceptionally qualified and helpful.  They take over the care of my wife when they are here.  They bring her meals and give her a bath.  They are very good at these tasks.

Ms. W says: They have been so versatile and so willing to comply with any change in our needs.  They always provide my Uncle with top care. I am very impressed.  Also, they keep me informed of any change from their end. If I call them, I am immediately put on the phone with someone who can talk to me.  I love it.

Ms. D says: They actually matched my Dad up with a caregiver who developed a good rapport with him.  My brother and I [are relieved] because of that.  It helps us keep our Dad in his own home because of the help they have given us.

Mr. A Says: It [the service] has been excellent. They are here and they do what they are supposed to.

Ms. R says: I answered outstanding because I feel that is how it is so far.

Mr. D says: They [Home Instead Senior Care’s staff] are very nice. The gentleman is very good. He has become a friend.

Ms. B says: They are very good and they take care of me.

Ms. L says: They always return my calls. Someone was always there to answer my questions.  They are a very nice company.

Ms. P says: They are very reliable and they keep me informed.  The caregivers assigned to my father are really good.  They do exactly what we ask them to do.

Mr. L says: The caregiver was great.

Ms. M says: They have been very good to me.  I love my girl that shops for me and comes to my home.  I talk to the workers.

Mr. W says:  She is on time all of the time.  She calls when she will be taking off and she goes above the call of duty.  We have [a] good rapport with her as well.

Ms. C says: I have no complaints.  I have a fabulous caregiver.

Ms. H says:  It is outstanding, it is reliable and the people are caring.

Ms. B says:  I rated it a 10 [10 being the best] because it is.  The person doing it is absolutely excellent.  I am very pleased with her.  She is prompt and easy to get along with.

Ms. S says:  They are very good.  They are on time.  They do everything that they are supposed to do.

Ms. M says:  They do unusual things for me instead of just coming to my home.  They took care of my animals when I was in the hospital.  That was not usual.

Ms. B says:  They are excellent workers.  They are also patient.  They are all around good people.

Mr. D says:  The service, the people, and the quality are beyond reproach.

Ms. A says:  It is past outstanding.  The caregiver who I have is the best.  She does what I want as if I were doing it myself.

Ms. W says:  My mother is 96 and she is blind.  It would be awful to move her to a nursing home.  Using Home Instead allows her to stay home and keep her independence.

Ms. M says:  My personal caregiver is excellent.  She comes from Home Instead, so that tells me that her training is very good.
